Sew Cool …or… Black Books Favorite Place Music Video

One of the coolest and most inspring music videos I have seen in a while using

10 000 photos
1 km of thread
350 reels of thread
73 000 embroidery stitches
6 kg of scraps of fabric
100 needles and sewing pins

Makes me want to get my sewing stuff out and add some of it on a mixed media project.

Do you know any inspiring music videos? Link me up 🙂

Have a gorgeous day

  1. Great video, especially since they used my favorite brand of thread!

Loved the video. You’re right, now I wanna play with fabric and thread!

  3. I LOVE this Natalie! I tried to post it to facebook, but it doesn’t have a share for FB. Of course, I always give credit where credit is due (it was my sneaky way of sending people back to your site) but I did that with THE WHATEVERS anyway! Thanks for your comment!!! (I added the original pic this morning…I had forgotten to do that!) Now I just have to catch up on the other 7. lol and yes, gosh…this person/band/collection of people should go on “America’s got Talent” or UK/Canada/World equivalent!

  4. Superb

  5. Nurse Ratchet says:

  6. Such a colourful video. I can’t even imagine how long it must have taken to pull it all together. Thanks for sharing.

  10. Sue Clarke says:

I especially like when the needles get threaded (so much quicker than I could ever do them).
